Originally from central Illinois, Danielle enjoys volunteering at the café at church. Coworkers describe her as friendly, fun-loving, and someone who enjoys laughter and creating a positive atmosphere at work. Customers appreciate her genuine commitment to helping them.
Danielle believes the most important part of assisting customers with insurance is truly getting to know their specific needs and ensuring they are properly covered in case of a claim. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 11-year-old son Spencer, going for walks, enjoying nature, and socializing with friends. She also has a young kitten named Sadie.

What she enjoys most about her work is helping people understand their insurance policies and making the process easier for them.
Originally from Kankakee, Illinois, Heather has been living in Decatur since 2009. Coworkers describe her as friendly, helpful, and detail-oriented. Customers often appreciate her helpfulness and honest, needs-focused approach. She believes honesty and focusing on the customer’s needs are the most important aspects of providing insurance support.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, crocheting, camping, baking, listening to music, fixing things, and being creative. She has three kids and a dog. Heather is also proud to be part of Katie Young State Farm, where she values the relationship and care among her coworkers and believes deeply in the meaningful work they do.

He helps customers with new auto, home, and life insurance policies, as well as servicing existing coverage by reviewing and updating policies to fit life’s changes.
Originally from Decatur, Illinois, Kolten takes pride in building real relationships with customers and making insurance as easy and stress-free as possible. He especially values being there when it matters most—knowing that the right coverage can help ease stress during a claim gives him a strong sense of purpose.
